my first night of iaido tonight.........it was awesome...but my thighs and my elbows and my middle back a reall killing me!!! ehehh i love it thought. was heaps of fun and there are about 6 other girls depending on the night - so i don't feel like too much of a vegetable.....

anyway since i am too sore to typ ei will update tomorrow on recent events,....
