dragonrayWell hello all..it has been a turbulent couple of weeks for the boi and I and we have finally begun our descent into madness!!! In the next 8 days, the boi and i will find out if we are home owners or not. We have signed, the contract the vendors have signed, the contract and we are just waiting for the bank to sign the contract!!
It is a great house - huge actually and we got it very cheap...albeit it needs a bit of work - mind you there are elderley people living there atthe moment, so you can't expect them to be doing house renovations...anyway, it has three bedrooms, kitchen all that stuff and it has a double garage and it has a whole separate fully self contained unit out the back (actually attached to the house by the laundry). So in effect we have four bedrooms, two kitchens and two bathrooms...ehhehe...once we have done a bit of work, it shoudl be ok.
We have been so busy checking out houses and running around like mad hens, we have not been online at all...we check email then go to bed....my parents seem to continue talking long after the clock has struck 12.00...ehhehe...
I am missing everyone like mental and if next week happens you allhave to come and visit us in our new home!!! i will type more as i get a chance, but i am bushed so i have to go to bed now....
