ARGH..lol.

Too many options available and no idea what I should do!!  lol....

I want to know what the best option is but I have no idea... :)  Where are all the psyhics that can help me with this and not give me vague answers!!  lol

I wish there was some way I could travel into the future, see if i made the write decision then come back and do it... giggle...wouldn't it be grand!!  Or a big magic fluffly fairy wand that I could wave and it would tell me the answers I needed - like a giant  8 Ball with the relevant ability to tell me the answers...lol

I hate having to make life decisions like this, because I never know if I am going to be making the right choice?  It is our fault we bought such a dud of a house.  I mean if we hadn't been pushed into buying, we would probably have been able to wait that little bit longer and find something slightly nicer, but then we would have been living with my brother longer...so either way I think we did get the better deal...but now trying to sell this place is going to be hell on earth...It isn't worth a great deal and I would like to make at least some money on it so we have some left over for a deposit on something else, but then I also don't want to be stuck trying to sell this place for 18 months because it sucks.
So maybe I will get the permit to subdivide the land, that way developers could come in and knock this place down and build some units etc.....which means it might sell faster.  Considering the size of our land you could easily build probably 3 small townhouses on the block, which is a crap load of money for someone if they could do it...hell if I thought I could handle doing it I would, but I don't think we have enough spare money lying about....lol

Do we keep this and change it to an investment property, due to the design of the place we could rent it out as two seperate places and therefore get enough rent to cover the mortgage on it? But then if we don't get anyone in here, we have a lot of money to find every month in repayments? But then being close to the city and shopping centres, we are likely to not have that problem often.....

And then do we build when we get to the new area, they have land on offer for 90,000, not huge blocks, but normal land sizes, but then houses are a little more expensive to build these days, unless you go through the dodgy people.  So maybe we just look at buying an existing place, but ensure we don't get sucked into the same thing we did this time.  I will be checking everything when we start looking again and if the people don't like it they can go and shove it...lol....

See my dilemma, they are all very good and appealing options, but I have no idea which would work better.  ARGGHHHHH...can someone send me a fairy godmother to tell me what to do please?
