at the risk of getting myuself into large amounts of shit is anyone reads this (of importance in the chain of cammand in th salt mines) why of fucking why do i stay and put up with the bullshit at this place.

once of my useless fucking team memebers has done 4 jobs today...four - for those who know data captues...that is all....it is now 12.43....i on the other hand have done 56 jobs...this is the same every day...i get through 100 jobs a day - which is no mean feat and this person only ever maxs at about 20 jobs...do you tihnk anything is said..of course not..she gets told off in appraisals fo it..and that does what???? it doesn't help with the daily workload nor does it help me get less work to do coz i have to complete everything she doesn't finish..

IT REALLY FUCKS ME OFF AND I AM ALMOST ABOUT TO TELL HER TO GET OFF THE FUCKING PHONE AND DO SOME MOTHER FUCKING WORK

excuse me...i feel slightly better now...
