anyone that has been to our house knows how ugly it looks...it has this fake brick cladding which looks terrible...anyway, i was talking to our neighbour who has been here a while and she said there are weatherboards underneath that needed a re-paint and not much more..she rememebrs them being in pretty good condition, so how happy am I? we are going to rip some off the back of the house and see what they look like - if they seem ok and the ladding isn;'t too hard to get off we might rip most of it off ourselves and then get someone in to do the harder bits....so fingers crossed we may have a nice looking house before the year is out !!

i also want to start ripping off the wood panels in the toilet and bedroom and start painting them next week...i think the room currently sucks with its pink flowers and crap all over the place - bit we shall see - i might just start with the wood pensl and work my way through it - we are going to have to live in a half house for a while with bits and pieces everywhere and not finsihed i think....

we are actually thinking of doing up the garage as a sort of extra family room as well...get it fixed up and then we can have an extra room in there...but we shall see..i want to get rid of the garage altogether and just build a carport out the front and have the extra yard - maybe build a nice patio area with tabel and chairs etc....hrmmm..no idea yet....lol.....

anyw the boi has gone to work and left me all alone so i am off to do some housework with the music blaring!! well i am goign to see how well my pc speakers can actually blare!! lol...
